Return sending:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 7 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions:

We only receive returns packed in their original packaging and without traces of any use.

For shipments outside the EU: costs paid to customs and excise duties are not refundable to the webshop.

Guarantee:

Legal warranty of 2 years according to EU law applies.

Responsibilities:

The webshop is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier. The suggested transit time is based on the past and depends on the carrier.

Return to sender by carrier:

When returning to sender without reason or due to the recipient's absence, postage costs will be charged again.

In the above case, with special "free shipping" the conditions are no longer valid for a subsequent offer.
